At Railey Custom Homes, we will be the first to tell you, that no matter how hard we work to create the perfect home, there may be issues that need a little more attention, after you move in.
We are here to take care of those items with our one year builder warranty. Before you move in, our warranty manager has already inspected the home to make sure it is ready. At sixty days after move in, you will have the opportunity to provide us with a list of items that need our attention. At eleven months after move in, we will come back if necessary.
