- How much do you want to invest in your new home?
It is critical that you decide on how much to spend on your new home. Consider the cost of the building site in your budget as well. We will assist you in putting together an estimate of the total cost to build.
- Choose a Building Site
If you don’t already own a lot, we can help you locate a site for your new home. We will walk the lot with you to offer suggestions and help to determine if it will suit your needs.
- Select a Plan
We have access to many beautiful home plans. We will assist you in finding the right plan for your lifestyle and budget.
- Make your Selection
There are thousands of components that go into the exterior and interior finishes of a home. Endless colors, brands, styles and products from which to choose. We have made those choices easier through our continuous research and experience.
- Arrange your Financing
The next step is to secure the financing for your home. We work with several great lenders that will simplify the process.
- Begin Construction
Now is when we really go to work. Over the next few months you can see the transformation from a vacant lot to your beautiful new home.
- Visit the site
We encourage you to visit the building site often. Enjoy the experience of seeing your new home being built.
Remember: A construction site can be very dangerous! Please visit the site after working hours and be careful.
- The final walk through
After the last finishing touches are done, we will guide you through your new home. We want you to inspect the home to make sure that it is to your satisfaction.
- Orientation and closing
Before closing on your home we will take you through an orientation to explain all the operations and systems in your home. Once the orientation is complete we can close on your home. During the closing we will present you with your new home warranty.
